DUBUQUE, Iowa — Daisy Amanda Towne, 45, was arrested Tuesday evening, July 21, 2026, on a felony probation violation charge.

According to court records, officers took Towne into custody at 1801 Admiral Sheehy Dr. in Dubuque.

The arrest stems from a 2021 case in which Towne was charged with forgery and conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony. In August 2022, she received a deferred judgment on the forgery charge (a Class D felony) and was placed on 60 months of probation. The conspiracy charge was dismissed by the court.

A probation revocation order was issued in March 2023, along with a public/bench warrant.

Towne is now being held on the probation violation charge related to that earlier case.
