Asbury Police arrested a man yesterday who was seen the past week in a golden van watching children, and allegedly playing with himself, committing a sexual act in his vehicle Tuesday on Arrowhead Drive, and Friday of last week.
Parents took pictures video of a gold van with a male subject and shared it on Facebook of a man playing with himself.
Charges are forthcoming.
