An Illinois State Judge sentenced Nathan Scott of Dubuque, Iowa, to 30 months in the Illinois State Prison as a result of perjury, and 24 months on a methamphetamine charge as a result of a plea agreement today.
Scott, will all so face 12 months of parole.
The case was investigated by the Galena Police Department.
