| W. 9th St. Lane Closure between Bluff St. and Locust St.Due to private utility construction, W. 9th St. will have an eastbound lane shift between Bluff St. and Locust St. starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 2, until 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6.This lane closure will be active during the daytime hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
