DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 53-year-old local man is facing additional felony charges .

Javier Reyes-Ramos (W/M/53) was arrested on a new charge September 7, 2026, at approximately 2:01 p.m. at DLEC 770 Iowa St., Dubuque. According to public safety booking records under case number AR 2026006074, Reyes-Ramos was charged with Arson in the 2nd Degree, a felony offense.
