DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 38-year-old Dubuque man was arrested early Sunday

Pierre L. Springer, of 421 W. Locust St., No. 4, was taken into custody at 12:41 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Rhomberg Avenue by the Dubuque Police Department. Bond was set at $25,000.

He faces three Class D felony charges stemming from the Aug. 29, 2026, He’s charged with

•  Going armed with intent .

•  Dominion/control of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon

•  Reckless use of a firearm – property damage
