DUBUQUE, Iowa — Kenneth Charles Cannon, 67, was arrested Wednesday afternoon on misdemeanor charges of indecent contact with a child and third-degree harassment.

According to the arrest report (AR 2026005252), Cannon, a white male, was taken into custody at approximately 2:05 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2026, at 4639 Cardinal Drive in Dubuque. The arresting officer is identified as Koch, S.J.

Cannon faces one count of indecent contact with a child – fondling over clothing, a misdemeanor, and one count of harassment in the third degree, also a misdemeanor. Bond was set at $4,600.
