DUBUQUE, Iowa — A Dubuque woman is being held at the Dubuque County Jail without bond following her arrest Friday on multiple felony charges, according to court documents filed this weekend.

Jakere Renee Marsh, 26, was arrested on the afternoon of September 25 at 770 Iowa Street. Authorities served Marsh with a warrant for a felony probation violation, as well as an out-of-state felony warrant.

The arrest stems from a 2025 case in which Marsh pleaded guilty to a Class C felony for a controlled substance violation. Court records indicate that a warrant for her arrest was originally issued in October 2025 following an alleged probation violation.

Marsh made her initial appearance in Dubuque County District Court on Saturday morning before Magistrate Matthew W. Boleyn. A formal probation revocation hearing has been scheduled for October 12, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.
