DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 20-year-old Dubuque woman was arrested Tuesday morning on a felony probation violation charge, according to Dubuque Law Enforcement Center records.

Unekca Rayelle Smith, identified as a Black female, was taken into custody at approximately 9:43 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2026, at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center, 770 Iowa St. The arrest was made by Officer K. D. Patterson.
