DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 46-year-old Dubuque man was arrested early Thursday morning on charges of domestic abuse assault and probation violations, according to police records.

Denona Ward, 46, was taken into custody at 5:45 a.m. on July 30, 2026, at 770 Iowa St. in Dubuque. He faces charges of:
