DUBUQUE COUNTY, Iowa — Dubuque County has successfully completed the 3.09-mile Hot Mix Asphalt resurfacing project on Finleys Landing Road. The road, which connects Balltown Road to Finleys Landing Park, is now fully open to traffic.
