DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 40-year-old Dubuque man was arrested Monday evening on a wide range of drug, traffic, and registry-related charges following an incident in the 1200 block of Rosedale Avenue

Chad Allen Curiel was taken into custody around 9:20 p.m. on July 13, 2026, at 1280 Rosedale Ave. According to the arrest report (AR 2026004644), Curiel faces 19 separate charges, including several felonies.

Key charges include:
