A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Dubuque and Dubuque County, several other counties in the tri-state area along with a tornado watch that is for Dubuque and Dubuque County. The tornado watch is in effect until 8 PM. The severe thunderstorm warning is in effect until 1:45pm Possible wind gusts up to 60 miles per hour, large hail, and damaging winds in a possible tornado are expected.
