Leonard Anton Collins, 29, was arrested Tuesday at 4:15 p.m. at 770 Iowa St in Dubuque on three misdemeanor charges:

•  Domestic Assault / Display of Weapon

•  Domestic Abuse Assault with Injury (Aggravated)

•  1st Degree Harassment

Arrested by Officer B.J. Goerdt.

Collins is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
