Dubuque, IA – A 31-year-old Dubuque woman faces multiple misdemeanor charges following an incident Tuesday morning at a residence on Clarke Drive.

Amanda Monique Lopez was arrested around 10:30 a.m. on June 16, 2026, at 443 Clarke Dr. She is charged with:

•  Interference with Officer Acts – Bodily Injury (Misdemeanor)

•  Interference with Officer Acts – No Injury/Damage (Misdemeanor)

•  Contempt – Violation of No Contact/Protective Order (Misdemeanor)

According to the arrest report (AR 2026003941), officers responded to the location where Lopez allegedly interfered with law enforcement duties, resulting in one charge involving bodily injury to an officer and another without injury or damage. She is also accused of violating an active no-contact or protective order.

The arrest was made by Officer W.J. Yeo.
