The competition, held annually in Superior, is renowned for its rigorous challenges designed to test the precision, focus, and tactical skills of law enforcement snipers. This year’s event featured various stages, including a particularly demanding task: firing 10 rounds at a target 300 yards away. Such long-range shooting requires exceptional marksmanship and control, especially under the pressure of competition.

Officer Warner’s victory was complemented by strong showings from his teammates. Corporal Weitz secured an impressive 4th place, Corporal Lech finished 7th, and Officer Soppe placed 12th, highlighting the depth of talent within the DPD’s Marksman Observer Team.
