DUBUQUE, IA – Two men were arrested early Tuesday morning on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication following an incident at 481 Locust St.

Jonathan Robert Christensen, 39, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior and public intoxication.

Jarrett Marvin Stallman, 28, was arrested shortly after at 2:20 a.m. at 481 W Locust St. He faces the same charges of disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior and public intoxication.

Both men were taken into custody by the Dubuque Police Department.
