Due to the lead service line replacement project, Elm St. will have multiple closures between E. 27th St. and E. 30th St. from 8 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 28, until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time. View a map of current closures/detours.
