Dubuque, IA – March 6, 2025 – Dethan Eugene Moore, a 24, was arrested on a warrant March 6, 2025, at approximately 6:15 a.m. at the DLEC at 770 Iowa Street in Dubuque, Iowa.
Moore was taken into custody by the Dubuque Sheriff’s Department and faces the following charges:
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR – PROMOTE FILM (07/19/2024) – Class C Felony
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR – PROMOTE FILM (07/19/2024) – Class C Felony
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR – PROMOTE FILM (06/24/2024) – Class C Felony
PURCHASE/POSSESS DEPICTION OF A MINOR IN SEX ACT IS OFFENSE (07/19/2024) – Class D Felony
PURCHASE/POSSESS DEPICTION OF A MINOR IN SEX ACT IS OFFENSE (07/19/2024) – Class D Felony
