
DUBUQUE, IA — A 52-year-old Dubuque man faces multiple felony charges following his arrest early Thursday morning in connection with alleged child sexual abuse and human trafficking offenses.
Kenneth Frank Bienash, 52, was taken into custody at approximately 7:20 a.m. on February 14, 2025, at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center located at 770 Iowa St. He has been charged with:
- Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (Class “F” Felony) — involving a child victim at least four years younger than the defendant.
- Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (Felony) — for allegedly causing a minor to engage in a sexual act.
- Sexual Exploitation of a Minor/Promotes Visual Material (Class “F” Felony) — related to the production or dissemination of exploitative content.
- Human Trafficking-Commercial Sex Acts (Class “F” Felony) — tied to coercing involvement in commercial sexual activity.
The arrest followed an investigation by local authorities, though specific details about the case remain limited due to its sensitive nature and the involvement of a minor.
