Dubuque, IA – The Flannagan Rd bridge will be closed for construction starting Friday, November 8, 2024, at 9:00 AM. The closure will affect a 0.96-mile stretch of Flannagan Rd between Plum Creek Rd and James Rd.

According to the latest update on November 7, 2024, contractors will be drilling at the bridge approximately 0.3 miles west of James Rd. The road will be completely closed at the bridge location during daytime hours, from approximately 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The project is expected to last 1-2 days, depending on weather conditions.
