Grant County Wisconsin- On September 20, 2024, at 10:05 A.M., a Grant County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a flatbed semi on Bailey Rd (Watterstown Township) for a registration violation. Upon making contact with the driver, Andnes Garcia Hernandez (26, of Darlington), it was discovered that Mr. Garcia Hernandez not only did not hold a Commercial Driver’s License, but he also does not possess a license at all.

As a result, Mr. Garcia Hernandez was charged with Operating a CMV without a CDL. The company, J&T Concrete Construction LLC of Rewey, was also charged in this matter.

This matter will be referred to the Grant County District Attorney’s Office.

Persons arrested or referred for charges by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. An arrest only indicates probable cause exists to bring formal charges. The names of victims and witnesses to a crime have been withheld per Wisconsin Statute §950.04.
