Dubuque Police have arrested a 24-year-old man, Bryan Black, for allegedly brandishing a handgun during a large disturbance near a Dubuque park earlier this summer.

Black was taken into custody early Tuesday morning and faces charges of going armed with intent, participating in a riot, and two additional charges related to the incident that took place around noon on July 31st at West 16th and Main Streets.

Black is currently being held without bond at the Dubuque County Jail.
