Dubuque Police – Want to make things easier for the snowfighters clearing all 300+ miles of Dubuque’s streets? One of the best things you can do, if you’re able, is move your vehicle to an off-street parking space! The City is offering FREE parking in unreserved spaces in several downtown ramps until Tuesday to help with snow removal efforts. They are:
- Central Avenue Parking Ramp, 975 Central Ave.
- 5th Street Ramp, 501 Iowa St.
- Five Flags Ramp, 100 W. 4th St.
