Project – Road CLOSED 

Klein Ln access to Route 3

The contractor (CJ Moyna Construction) has informed that starting Tuesday, October 3rd at 7:00 am, the Y intersection at the bottom of the hill of Route 3 (old 52) and St Josephs Dr will be CLOSED for all travel east towards Dubuque as the intersection and new road are paved and cured. Access to Klein Ln will be from the east only until the paving reaches that intersection. 

IA 3 eastbound: Road closed.

Between County Road Y17 (near Rickardsville) and County Road D10 (2 miles west of Durango). The road is closed due to road construction work. A detour is in operation. See map for detour(s). Until November 1, 2023 at about 12:00PM CDT.
