During the arrest at 11040 Cox Springs Rd/chesterman Rd, Peosta, IA, on 7/2/2023 at 22:48, Ethan Miller, 31, was charged with 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance (F), 2) Second Offence of OWI (M), 3) Eluding – Injury, OWI, Drugs Or Participating In A Felony (F), and 4) Reckless Driving (M).

On 7/3/2023, Kalyn Gilbreath, 21, was arrested at 1229 Rosedale Ave/Glen Oak St, Dubuque, IA, for assault on persons in certain occupations – bodily injury (M) and first offense OWI (M).
