The Dubuque Police Department and County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle near Tidal Wave Spa, 2539 NW Arterial.Jessica Crowder, 43, was arrested Tuesday night. The charges against her include assault on a person in certain occupations, drug possession – first offense, and interference with official acts – no injury or damage.
John Daniel, 52, was arrested Tuesday at 250 Mercy Drive by Dubuque Police. Among his charges are carrying and possessing a dangerous weapon while intoxicated, interference with official acts with no injury or damage, public intoxication, and harassment 3rd degree.
