Two Arrested This Morning For Harboring A Runaway
James Legrain, 64, and Mary Gerlach, 54 were arrested this morning at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center. They werecharged with harboring a runaway child.
Dubuque Police arrested Dmitry Kobush, 24, at the law enforcement center. He faces charges of burglary 3rd-degree break-and- entering and failure to appear for a non-felon arrest.
The arrest is not an admission of guilt. All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
