Fifth St. will be closed between Main St. and Locust St. on Friday, May 12 beginning at 5 p.m. and will remain closed until 2 a.m. on Sunday, May 14 due to a City-permitted special event at the Five Flags Center.  This closed area will be used for event vehicle parking.
