Dubuque Police arrested Sarvia Alvarenga, Sarvia, 26, at 691 Kaufman Avenue Monday. Officers charged her with assault on individuals, in certain occupations, assault. Possession of a controlled substance. Possession of drug paraphernalia. OWI 1st offense and interference with official acts – no injury or damage.
All arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
