Sunday April 16th, 2023
Two juveniles were hit by Andrew Trilk, 33, of Dubuque, Saturday night at 20th and Jackson. He was later found near South Grandview and Southern Ave and arrested. He’s charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
Paramedics checked out the juveniles and one was transported to Mercy Medical Center with a broken leg.
