Court Orders, Resentencing By New Judge
Tyrone Jones, 43, pleaded guilty to several drug-related charges. In September he was sentenced to 15 years in prison. In his plea agreement, it was outlined in, as a result of his plea he would be sentenced to a suspended sentence of 15 years. In May he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as clonazepam possession in June.
