Early this morning, Dubuque Police arrested Leroy Cook, 33, and Michael Goforth, 37, both were involved in a disturbance at 1609 White Street. They were both detained. Cook is charged with disorderly conduct – fighting/violent conduct (m), interference with official duties – no injury or harm (m), and public intoxication. 1) disorderly conduct-fighting. Goforth faces charges of 1) disorderly conduct -fighting/violent conduct – and 2) public intoxication (m).
