Michael Blackburn, 36, is accused of striking a man with a bat Saturday night. The arrest took place at 17th and Central Ave. at 11:35 p.m. 

Blackburn is charged with 1) Going armed with intent (M), 2) Willful injury – bodily injury (F), 3) Drug possession of a controlled substance (M), and 4) Interference with official acts – no injury or damage (M).
