Rosedale Avenue will have a northbound road closure at West Locust Street for private utility connection construction starting 8:00 a.m Wednesday Feb. 15 until 5:00 p.m Friday Feb. 17.
Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
