Dubuque Police arrested Austin Bishop, 27, on charges of 1) Burglary 3rd degree theft from a motor vehicle. Drug possession of a controlled substance. Interference with official acts – no injury or damage. An act of contempt involves resisting an order or process of the district court. 3 counts of violation of probation. Failure to appear – simple arrest. Failure to appear-non-felony arrest and 2 warrants out of jurisdiction at 1280 Belmont St., Dubuque, IA, on Thursday.
An arrest is not an admission of guilt and all arrestees are innocent, until proven guilty in a court of law.
