Ivan Berry, 38 is accused of firing a gun in the air outside his home in October.

Dubuque Police conducted an investigation and got a warrant to search Berries’ home. During the search, officers discovered a pistol hidden inside the house. It is illegal for Berry to possess guns, and he was arrested because he is a convicted felon
