
At the City Council meeting last evening, the council heard concerns living in the proposed site for a new housing development near 32nd Street and Northwest Arterial.
Rezoning Request
SUMMARY:
Proof of publication on notice of public hearing to consider City Council approval of a request from Rob Decker, Axiom Consultants, to rezone property between 32nd Street and Northwest Arterial (Parcel 1015276004) from AG Agriculture to R-1 Single-Family Residential and R-4 Multi-Family Residential to allow for single-family and multifamily residential developments, respectively, and Zoning Advisory Commission recommends approval.
The City Council voted 4 – 2 at the first read for the request and asked for a new traffic study.
