Marcus Mc Daniel took a plea deal on November 2nd, 2021 in the federal Court of NE. Iowa, in the courtroom of US Magistrate Judge Mark Roberts.

Marcus McDaniel will serve 31 months in Federal Prison and 3 years supervised release.McDaniel was arrested for being barred from having a gun for domestic abuse during a protective order.

During a search, officers found the gun and 33 pounds of Marijuana in his resident.

There’s no parole in the federal system.
