The school board had to make a hard decision at their school board meeting tonight due to budgetary reasons and voted to close Fulton school the smallest elementary in class size with 250 students. None of the board members were really in favor but had no choice.

The students will be spread around to other schools in the district and all 60 teachers will keep their jobs.
