Cedar Rapids Counselor Has Felony Charges Dropped For Child Exploitation Of A Teen
Rachele R. Padgett, 24, of Four Oaks Children & Family Services faced charges of expolting a teen boy in 2019 and was facing a 5-year sentence, but new information on the case shed some light and that brought a change by the County Attorney in the charges.
As a result, Padget plead guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor as was fined $500.00
