East Dubuque Police chased 30-year-old Lee Tokes across the Julien Dubuque Bridge after police tried to make a traffic stop. Tokes eventually pulled over in an alley along Central Avenue and was taken into custody. Officers discovered cocaine and half a pound of Marijuana at the scene. Tokes faces charges in Iowa and Illinois.
