Officers responded early this morning around 1:34 to a report of a physical assault at 285 Main Street. Dubuque Fire Engine 501 along with Medic 552 responded to the scene. A 40-year-old male patient was transported to a local hospital with a possible broken nose and cuts to the face and an injured jaw.
