Back in January, Ashley Marshall, age 30, got into a fight with her girlfriend 35-year-old Sara Kamp setting her clothing on the backyard deck.

Dubuque Fire responded by putting the fire out. The fire caused $700 damages to the clothing.

Marshall pled guilty to reckless use of a fire or explosive device and received a deferred judgment. After completing her probation and fine her sentence will be expunged.
