City Of Dubuque To Keep Relationship with Russian Sister City Pyatigorsk Sends Wrong Message

Since 1980 the city of Dubuque has ties to Pytigorsky Russia. A community committee decided to continue that relation despite the genocide committed by Putin, Russian leaders and military attacking schools and hospitals and the general population of people of Ukraine. If you had family who lived under Russian occupation, you would understand. The city needs to cut all links to Russia and follow the example of the other cities who have, and show support for the Ukraine people.
