Dubuque Dispatch revived a call of someone waving a gun in a car at the Kwik Stop On University Ave. They located the automobile on the city’s camera system and the subject identified by his license plate, Salvador Brown 24, and the juvenile female passenger, to the West Locust area of the city where they made the arrest.
Police found the gun, drug paraphernalia and marijuana.The hand gun was determined to belonged to Brown, and the 14-teen- year old girl admitted to waving it.
