On 3-2-2022 at 12:13 AM, Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop near E. Thoren Rd. and S. Goodhope Rd. in rural Stockton. Timothy Wills and Rory Buchholz were passengers in the vehicle, and each had valid arrest warrants. During the search of Timothy, they found methamphetamine. This incident remains under investigation. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court.
Timothy M Willis, 34, is charged with possession of methamphetamine and a warrant.
Rory Burcholz, 36 was arrested on a warrant.
