Seth Fuoco, 26, was arrested Saturday at 16792 Clay Hill Road. Fuco was doing purchases and withdrawing cash with 2 credit cards belonging to Kane Rentals.
• Seth Fuoco, has been and charged with thief 1st degree—Credit card /automated Teller Machine Fraud,
• Theft 2nd degree—Credit /automated Teller Machine Fraud.
• Unauthorized use of credit Card Over $10,000
• Unauthorized use of credit card over $1500 under $10,000.
