Dubuque Police pulled over Tony Coleman 20 of Chicago near Bell Street on warrant out of Clinton County for failure to appear. Officers searched Coleman’s vehicle and found a scale, 1.8 grams of cocaine, 22 grams of heron and 1 gram of marijuana. Coleman is facing felon charges.
