Court records attached to the report show the probation stems from a second-degree burglary case. Dennis pleaded guilty to Burglary 2nd Degree, a Class C felony, on April 21, 2025, before Judge Michael J. Shubatt, for an offense dated May 7, 2022. The sentence imposed that day included a 10-year prison term, suspended, with 5 years of probation and a 1-year residential facility term, plus a $1,370 fine, also suspended. A separate record entry lists a violation of probation offense dated February 9, 2026, with no adjudication shown.

The arrest report also references an order to issue a public/bench warrant signed by Judge Thomas A. Bitter.

The report does not describe the conduct alleged in the current probation violations, the circumstances of the voluntary absence charge, or a court date. Those details were not available Sunday morning.

No further information has been released. This story will be updated as court records become available.
